Privacy Policy

The Company collects the following items in order to receive and respond to inquiries.

• Required: name, company name, email address, inquiry type, inquiry content
• Optional: phone number

The Company does not operate a member registration process, and does not collect behavioral data via cookies or personal information for marketing purposes.

Collected information is used solely to review and respond to product, quotation, and other inquiries, and for the resulting consultation. It is not used for any other purpose.

Once the purpose of collection and use - receiving and responding to the inquiry - has been fulfilled, the information is destroyed without delay. Where retention is required by applicable law, the period specified by that law applies.

The Company outsources the storage and management of inquiry records, and inquiry notifications, as follows.

• Processor: Supabase, Inc. - Scope: storage of inquiry records (database)
• Processor: Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) - Scope: sending inquiry notification emails
• Overseas transfer: Recipient Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend, support@resend.com) / Country: United States / Items: name, company, email, phone number, inquiry type, inquiry message / Timing and method: transmitted over the network when an inquiry is submitted / Purpose: sending inquiry notification emails / Retention: for the duration of email processing and Resend's sending log retention period. If you do not wish your data to be transferred overseas, you may contact us by the email in Section 8 instead of using the form.

The Company specifies safeguards for personal information in its outsourcing arrangements and supervises the processor. Aside from the above, personal information is not provided to third parties without the data subject’s consent.

Data subjects may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time. Requests sent to the contact below are acted upon without delay.

You may decline to give consent; in that case, submitting an inquiry through the form may not be possible.

Personal information whose retention period has elapsed or whose purpose has been fulfilled is destroyed without delay in a manner that prevents recovery. Electronic files are deleted using technical means that make the records unrecoverable.

The Company applies technical and administrative safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS), least-privilege access to storage, and access control on the administrative interface.
